1. A liquid crystal display device comprising:
a first substrate comprising a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode adjacent to the first pixel electrode in a first direction, and a third pixel electrode adjacent to the second pixel electrode in the first direction; a second substrate comprising a first color filter opposed to the first pixel electrode, a second color filter of a color different from a color of the first color filter, which is opposed to the second pixel electrode, and a third color filter of a color different from the colors of the first and second color filters, which is opposed to the third pixel electrode; and a liquid crystal layer held between the first substrate and the second substrate, a first interval along the first direction between the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode being smaller than a second interval along the first direction between the second pixel electrode and the third pixel electrode.
