Disclosed is an array substrate, comprising a plurality of sub-pixel units (1) arranged in an array, and a plurality of signal lines (2); one of two adjacent signal lines (2) is located at a first direction side of the sub-pixel unit (1) corresponding to the signal line (2), and the other signal line (2) is located at a second direction side of the sub-pixel unit (1) corresponding to the other signal line (2); and the first direction side and the second direction side are opposite sides of the sub-pixel unit (1). Also disclosed is a display device comprising the array substrate. The array substrate and the display device are used for display devices such as liquid crystal televisions, liquid crystal displays, mobile phones and tablet computers.
