PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchanger effectiveness while suppressing pressure loss of a fluid in a heat exchanger including an offset fin.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes an offset fin in which a plurality of waveform structures in which fin parts whose cross-sectional shape is a projecting shape are positioned on one side and the other side alternately are arrayed in a flow direction of a fluid which is a direction orthogonal with respect to the direction in which the waveform structures extend, and the positions of the fin parts in second waveform structures arranged on the flow direction downstream side of the fluid with respect to the first waveform structures are offset-arranged with respect to the positions of the fins in the first waveform structures. A side wall in the fin part of each protrusion is arranged by inclining with respect to the flow direction of the fluid, and the inclination directions of the side walls are opposite in the first waveform structures and the second waveform structures.
