PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot, a robot system and a robot control device which can reliably control the posture of an object in a simple process.SOLUTION: A robot comprises a hand unit comprising the palm and a plurality of fingers. The hand unit reduces the grasping force of the plurality of fingers grasping an object to bring the object into contact with the palm, and then moves the object into a predetermined posture. |
