PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device, an image management system, an image processing method and a program, outputting image data which includes information required according to each event which occurs.SOLUTION: The image output device includes an event identification unit, an image processing unit and an output unit. The event identification unit analyzes an imaged moving image data, to identify an event captured in the moving image data. The image processing unit performs image processing, which is different event-by-event identified by the event identification unit, on a part in which the event identified by the event identification unit is captured, among the moving image data. The output unit outputs processed image data on which the image processing unit performs image processing. |
