PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for a shield device capable of securing safety.SOLUTION: Provided is an operation device for a shield device for opening and closing a shield material following to movement of a runner which is movably supported movable along a hanger rail. The runner is moved by operation of an operation code which is suspended in a loop state from the hanger rail, and the operation code has a portion which is bent and extends along the hanger rail. When excessive tensile force exceeding a predetermined threshold is applied to the operation code, the operation code is made a non-loop state or is expanded by a separation part. |
