A method for questioning and answering. For example, the method may comprise: receiving a message input by a user; sending the message to a questioning and answering server so as to enable the questioning and answering server to send the message to one or more answerer clients; and in response to a real-time answering operation, related to the message, performed by a user of the answerer client, entering a real-time session with the user of the answerer client, and acquiring an answering message of the user of the answerer client through the real-time session. In this way, questioners and answerers send and receive messages through special clients for questioning and answering, and when the answerers conduct real-time answering, the questioners and the answerers enter one-to-one or one-to-many real-time sessions; therefore, good real-time performance is achieved and better experience is brought to users. In addition, a device for questioning and answering is provided.
