The present invention comprises: identifying a relevant interval from a plurality of videos discovered from various video sites on the basis of a user's request; storing a start time (ST) and an end time (ET) of the relevant interval and uniform resource identifier (URI) information of the discovered videos in a data structure of a meta-video clip; and connecting and providing, to the user, a plurality of meta-video clips according to priorities. Here, the priorities may be configured on the basis of indexed values obtained by calculating conformity among a cited link frequency, the videos, meta-videos, and the titles, keywords and tags of the meta-video clips and then converting the calculated conformity into an index. |
