PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recognition device for recognizing various information from a photographed image.SOLUTION: An analysis part 611 inputs data of an image photographed by an in-camera 63. The analysis part 611 extracts a specific image from a plurality of pieces of image data which are inputted. For example, the analysis part 611 extracts an image of eyes as a specific image. The analysis part 611 analyzes a time change of the image of eyes from a plurality of pieces of image data. For example, deviation in the left/right of pupils is calculated from reference (C) in each image data with a state where the pupils exist in the center position of the eyes as the reference (C). An information recognition part 613 recognizes prescribed information related to the image of eyes from an analysis result of the analysis part 611. The information recognition part 613, here, recognizes information (information related to a human body) showing a health state, such as whether the movements of eye balls are stable or have a tic as prescribed information. |
