An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor. The array substrate comprises multiple pixel units distributed in an array. Each pixel unit comprises a substrate (1), an active layer (7), a source layer (5) and a drain layer (6) that are disposed in the same layer, and a gate layer (10). Each pixel unit further comprises a power wire layer (2). The power wire layer (2) is connected to the source layer (5) through a via (11). Because the power wire layer is disposed as a layer alone, the projection area of the power wire layer on the substrate can be larger, that is, the conductive cross sectional area of the power wire layer can be larger, thereby reducing the resistance of the power wire layer. Therefore, the current difference of different pixel units is reduced, and then the phenomenon of Moire fringe is weakened in display. |
