Provided is a server (300), comprising: a terminal determining unit (302), which upon receipt of a service request sent by any terminal or detection of a network-side service requiring sharing, determines a destination terminal to share the service; a generation unit (304), which generates, according to said destination terminal, service network topology structure information corresponding to said service; a network determining unit (306), which determines, according to said service network topology structure information, the bearer network corresponding to said service; accordingly, also provided is a data transmission method. The invention resolves the trust and incentive problem in terminal direct-connection communications networks, increasing security in the sharing of data, and accomplishing cross-layer optimization between a physical domain network and a service domain network. |
