The present invention relates to an aluminum adhesive tape for preventing noise, which comprises: a sound insulating member (10); a first adhesive layer (20) applied to a bottom surface of the sound insulating member (10); an aluminum thin film (30) attached to a bottom surface of the first adhesive layer (20) to maintain a deformed shape when a shape of the sound insulating member (10) is deformed; a second adhesive layer (40) applied to a bottom surface of the aluminum thin film (30) to be attached to a surface to be attached; and release paper (50) preventing contamination of the second adhesive layer (40).
