PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economically excellent gas-insulated switchgear, the installation area of which is reduced and the land area is not increased, even when it is employed in a pumped-storage hydraulic power station.SOLUTION: A gas-insulated switchgear has two outlets for three-phase collective bus on the line side connected with a transmission line and on the generator side connected with the generator. Between these two outlets for three-phase collective bus, a motor disconnector for switching the generator to a motor at the time of pumping, and a generator disconnector for switching the motor to the motor during normal time when the generator is running, are provided. At least the motor disconnector and generator disconnector are enclosed in a sealed container. |
