PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a harshness adsorption part of a base material sheet into a three-dimensional structure, for facilitating removal of harshness.SOLUTION: A base material sheet 1 is formed of a nonwoven fabric, or paper material having water absorption and plasticity. The base material sheet 1 has a slit part serving as a harshness adsorption part, and the slit part has plural slit-state and linear-state notch parts in a vertical direction. When the base material sheet 1 is drawn in a lateral direction, the respective notch part on the slit part is extended in the lateral direction being a direction orthogonal to the notch direction, and is deformed into a lip-shaped opening. The expanded opening does not return to the original shape, even a hand of a user separates therefrom, after expanding. In use, the base material sheet is mounted on a surface of a broth 6 in a pot 5. In a heating step, the harshness or oil content floating on the surface of the broth 6 is absorbed to front and rear surfaces of the base material sheet 1 and a surface of a standing edge piece part. |
