[Also in Division G4] A vehicle anti-theft device is made operative by removing a plug which normally closes contacts 5, 6, 7. On closing ignition switch IS relay R' moves switches 1, 2 to positions shown in full lines so that electricity is supplied to petrol pump P, starting motor S and coil C so that the vehicle can be driven away. A time delay device D is supplied with causes relay R' to move switches 1, 2 to the dotted line position thus causing the vehicle to stop. At the same time multi-vibrator MV is brought into operation to move switches 3, 4 to and fro between dotted and full line positions to energize a horn H and rear lamp RL intermittently. |
