A pixel-driving circuit and driving method, an array substrate, and a display device. The pixel-driving circuit comprises: a data line (Data) for providing a data voltage; a gate line (Gate) for providing a scanning voltage; a first power supply line (ELVDD) for providing a first power supply voltage; a second power supply line (ELVSS) for providing a second power supply voltage; a light-emitting element (D) connected with the second power supply line (ELVSS); a driving transistor (T7) connected with the first power supply line (ELVDD); a storage capacitor (C1) having a first terminal (N1) connected with the gate electrode of the driving transistor (T7) and writes information including the data voltage to the gate electrode of the driving transistor (T7); a reset unit for resetting the voltage at both terminals of the storage capacitor (C1) to a pre-set signal voltage; a data write unit for writing information including the data voltage to a second terminal (N2) of the storage capacitor (C1); a compensation unit for writing to the first terminal (N1) of the storage capacitor (C1) information including the threshold voltage of the driving transistor (T7) and the first power supply voltage information; a light emission control unit for writing the first power supply voltage to the second terminal (N2) of the storage capacitor (C1) and for controlling the driving transistor (T7) to drive the light-emitting element (D) to emit light. The solution can compensate and eliminate the uneven display caused by the threshold voltage difference of the driving transistor (T7).
