Disclosed is a jig for fixating a fuel cell separation plate which can increase reliability for mounting the fuel cell separation plate by stably fixating the fuel cell separation plate in a folding method or a magnet method during a process of coating the fuel cell separation plate. According to the present invention, the jig for fixating a fuel cell separation plate with excellent reliability includes: a lower base plate which allows the fuel cell separation plate to be mounted thereon and has a separation plate fixation pin for fixating the fuel cell separation plate on an edge of one side; an upper base plate which has an end portion of one side joined, in the shape of a cantilever, to the lower base plate and is folded in a vertical direction; and a fixation member which is installed on an edge of the other side of the lower base plate and fixates the other end portion of the upper base plate to the lower base plate.
