<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt polishing device in which a polishing mark direction formed on an object to be polished is detected so that a polishing direction can be made coincident with the polishing mark direction before the re-polishing work is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The belt polishing device PS has: a first acquisition part for acquiring an image of the object to be polished; a first calculation part for calculating RGB values of each of pixel units constituting the acquired image; a second calculation part for calculating gray scale values by converting the calculated RGB values; a detection part for detecting the polishing mark direction on the basis of the calculated gray scale values; and a determination part for determining whether the polishing mark direction detected by the detection part is coincident with the polishing direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
