<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee beverage containing whey mineral, excellent in body and milk flavor, also not having after taste such as puckery and astringent taste, derived from the whey mineral and excellent in flavor balance. <P>SOLUTION: By jointly using lactose together with the whey mineral, bad after-taste such as the puckery and astringent taste of the whey mineral is masked, thus the coffee beverage has a good flavor balance and also excellent in milk flavor and body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
