PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for footwear which can quickly discharge odors or moisture arising from inside the footwear. SOLUTION: This insole for footwear is provided with upper and lower boards 2 to which a plastic film is adhered by high-frequency gluing, a chamber formed between the upper and lower boards containing a buffer compression member to be located in the back when worn, an air introducing means 6 connected with the chamber and located in the front to be capable of introducing the inside footwear air into the chamber, and an air discharging means 8 connected with the chamber to be capable of discharging the introduced air out.
