Handy sporting goods are provided, which enable a worker exercise using a chair and do not occupy a large space in indoor place. Handy sporting goods comprise: a frame member(1) having the hollow pipe shape and being detachably combined with the seat portion of a chair; a pair of wires(2,2') movably combined with the frame member; a moving suppression member applying the power to a pair of wires in a direction opposite to the pressurization direction when a pair of wires are pressurized by the external force. The moving suppression member includes a spring of which one end is fixed inside the frame member and the other end is combined with the moveable member.
