PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guy anchor which can be fixed to an electric pole in a desired position without reference to the conditions of a pole raising place for the electric pole, which enables the simple performance of the operation of being fixed to the electric pole, and grounding work and a pole extracting operation after fixation, and which can be sufficiently prevented from being rotated. SOLUTION: This guy anchor comprises at least a base 2 which has a retainer 5 capable of abutting on the side surface of the electric pole 10, and supporting portions 3 and 4 which are extended from the base 2, the supporting portion 3 is extended from the side of one 5a of two peripheral edges 5a and 5b of the retainer portion 5 along the axial direction of the electric pole 10, and the supporting portion 4 is extended from the other side of the retainer 5 so as to be wholly formed in an approximate L-shape. A fixing implement makes one longitudinal end of a flexible band 11 pre-fixed to the other side of the supporting portion 3 on the basis of the retainer 5 of the base 2; and the other longitudinal end of the flexible band 11 has a hook bolt 13 passing through the supporting portion 3, and a fastening implement 18. This brings about a force for pulling the flexible band to the side of the extension of the supporting portion 4 by the operation of the hook bolt 13 and the fastening implement 18.
