TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILMS CONTAINING CARBON NANOTUBES AND THE TOUCH PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive film containing carbon nanotubes is provided to improve the permeability to of a touch panel and to reduce costs by forming a transparent conductive film by the application of carbon nanotubes to a polycarbonate film used as a protective layer of for a liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film containing carbon nanotubes is obtained by applying a carbon nanotube-binder mixture made of carbon nanotubes and a binder on at least one side of a transparent polycarbonate film(100). The carbon nanotubes comprises the mixture and at least one kind selected from of the following: a single-wall carbon nanotube, a double-walled carbon nanotube, and a multi-walled carbon nanotube and their mixture.
