PURPOSE: A filter for purifying device of exhaust gas is provided to maintain interval of a filtering element comprising the filter and to prevent decrease of capture efficiency in contraction and thermal expansion of the filter by a combustion device. CONSTITUTION: A filter for purifying device of exhaust gas(120) comprises: a plurality of filtering elements(121b) composed of a plurality of layers; a filtering part(121) consisting of the state where the domain for filtering is each other separated; and a space maintaining member. A plurality of filtering elements goes in gear of the structure where both end part cross by a sealing part in the filtering part. The spacer member is combined in the sealing part.
