PURPOSE: A mold device for injection molding which separates a core part from extrudate and a making method using the same are provided to separate a cooling core part from the extrudate by moving a first slide core part using a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A mold device for injection molding comprises a lower mold part(10), an upper mold part(20), a first slide core part(30), and a hydraulic cylinder. The lower mold part and the upper mold part have first and second recessed molding grooves(13,23). The upper mold part moves up and down against the lower mold part. The first slide core part is arranged between the lower mold part and the upper mold part in order to slide side to side. The hydraulic cylinder transfers the first slide core part side to side. The first slide core part comprises a cooling core part(31). The cooling core part is apart from the first and second molding grooves and forms a cavity(60).
