The present invention relates to a wash tank associated with an autonomous, automatic rice cooker. The wash tank comprises: a housing having a first through-hole for draining out water that has been used for washing rice in the cooker and a second through-hole for supplying the washed rice and fresh cooking water to a pot; a bottom plate, which is connected to the housing and which has third and fourth through-holes formed at corresponding positions of the first and second through holes; a rotating plate, which rotates between the housing and the bottom plate to communicate between the first and third through holes, or to communicate between the second and fourth through holes; upper and lower water seal members positioned between the housing and the rotating plate as well as between the rotating plate and the bottom plate to prevent leakage of water used for washing the rice as well as leakage of fresh cooking water; and a spring member secured between the lower water seal member and the bottom plate to bias the lower water seal member, or between the upper water seal member and the housing to bias the upper water seal member. |
