PURPOSE: A system for integrating and backing up distribution data is provided to automatically collect and manage summary information about various files, thereby enabling users to integrally manage computer data. CONSTITUTION: Agents are mounted in a plurality of user computers(10). The agents search summary information about files of the user computers. The agents offer the searched file information. A main server(300) generates file lists through the file summary information.
