PURPOSE: An automatic switching device based on a real-time power flow and a distribution apparatus including the same are provided to supply the power to a load of a transformer of a specific bank using a different transformer in an outage of the transformer of the specific bank. CONSTITUTION: A distribution apparatus includes a load switching circuit(100) and a load switching controller(200). The load switching circuit includes a plurality of banks. Each bank includes a transformer and loads subordinated to the transformer. A circuit breaker is installed on each load. The transformer supplies the power to the circuit breaker. The load switching circuit transmits the power to the load according to the switching state of the circuit breaker. The load switching controller controls the switching state of the load switching circuit.
