Drainage is made as a tube with end and side openings. On the tubular drainage throughout the length thereof an auxiliary tube of lesser diameter with slit is fixed, inside this tube guide is mounted. At the drainage working end a unit for clot cutting is arranged, this comprises a body of cylindrical form, a tube with slit corresponding to the slit of the auxiliary tube placed on the body outer surface and a spring with dissector placed inside the body. The drainage has a working head with diametrical rod placed inside, the working head is connected by thread to the body of clot cutting unit. In the wall of the tubular drainage and the clot cutting unit a passage is made inside which the dissector anchor is laid, which working end is inside the body of clot cutting unit and fixes the dissector, and opposite end thereof is taken out through the mentioned passage to the outer surface of the drainage and equipped with ring. |
