PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a spring portion of a terminal is provided to improve the reliability of a product by shaping a spring section of the terminal in a curved surface with accurate curvature. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming a spring portion of a terminal(32) comprises an upper and a lower holder(10,60), a molding cam(20), moving and driving punches(66,70), and an oblique driving cam(50). The lower and the upper holder have upper retainers(14,64). The mold cam comprises the first molding part(22) corresponding to the external shape of the bent portion(60) of the terminal. The moving punch moves the mold cam to the terminal. The driving cam obliquely moves toward the mold cam.
