FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: section of threshing machine for treatment of bast fibers contains scutching drum with located by circumference rasp-bars, which are fixed on horizontal shaft by means of crosspieces, which bear of pad grating. Each impact bar allows located from backside and rigidly connected to it bracket with increasing width in the direction of movement of material lengthwise the drum. Section of bracket with overall length allows circular section, perimetre of circle of which more than value A - maximal clearance between internal edge of bracket and rear edge of rasp-bar. Each impact bar of drum is located under angle to its axis, section of bracket with overall length is not rectilinear, and in the area of minimal width of bracket between internal edge of its section with overall length and rear edge of rasp-bar it is free space. ^ EFFECT: application of proposed section of threshing machine for treatment of bast fiber provides increasing of escape of long fiber and do not requires huge investments for implementation. ^ 2 dwg |
