<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make to recognize at a glance whether a pin is in a projecting position or it is locked in a drawn position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A prism like part 5 comprising a cross section outer circumference regular polygon shape is provided on a body 2, and a lock state indicating color part 10 is provided on a side face of the prim like part 5. An operation knob 13 is mounted to a base end part of the pin 12 penetrating the body 2. A body housing part 16 capable of fitting with the prism like part 5 at positions rotated every 360/N degrees (N is the number of corners of the regular polygon shape), and a locking recessed part 18 fit on a tip of the prism like part 5 at rotational positions deviated from the fitting positions are provided on the operation knob 13. When the body housing part 16 is fit on the prism like part 5 to a maximum depth, the lock state indicating color part 10 can not seen from an exterior, and the pin 12 is in the projecting position, and when the prism like part 5 is fit in the locking recessed part 18, the lock state indicating color part 10 can be seen from the exterior, and the pin 12 is in the drawn position.
