The light building board (1) has a central position (2) and two cover positions (3a,3b). The central position has two positions (4a,4b) with bar (5) running transverse to the plate layer. A front side of a supporting position (6) is outwardly transferred opposite to a front side of the cover positions toward the plate layer at a narrow surface (8) of the light building board, so that the narrow surface has a convex edge outline. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a light building board.
