FIELD: engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for providing operation of rotary shaft includes shaft, support, mating cylindrical element rigidly connected to the shaft, made coaxially relative to shaft rotation axis with a gap relative to support surface, screw cavity, channel formed with surfaces of support and screw cavity, reserve lubricating liquid storage tank formed with through longitudinal channels made in mating cylindrical element parallel to its rotation axis, interconnected with screw cavity on both sides, additional cavities with rounded external edges made on end surfaces of mating cylindrical element. Each additional cavity is interconnected with screw cavity and reserve storage tank channel. According to the invention, support is made in the form of coupling equipped on both sides with thrust elements which are equipped with glands for shaft, which interact mating cylindrical element by means of balls located in annular grooves made on end surfaces of thrust elements and mating cylindrical element. ^ EFFECT: simplifying design of shaft sliding support and decrease of friction losses. ^ 1 dwg |
