Hearing aid with transparent electrical hearing tube

The hearing aid (1) has a receiver (4) arranged outside of a housing (2). A transparent hearing tube (3) connects the receiver and the housing. An electrical line made of a transparent, conductive polymer is provided in the transparent hearing tube for electrically connecting the receiver with an electronic signal processor (6). An electrical insulator is made of a transparent, non-conductive polymer and insulates the line. The line and the insulator are arranged coaxially. The processor serves to subject acoustic signals received from the hearing aid to a signal processing operation.
