<p>The cap (10) has a body (11) provided with a filler pipe (13) to fill a fuel tank, and a closure unit i.e. closing valve, to close the pipe. The closure unit is displaced from a closing position to an open position under an action of a fuel i.e. diesel, filling nozzle. An interchangeable cylindrical end fitting (12) is integrated with the body and cooperated with an inlet of the tank. Detection units i.e. movable fingers, determine diameter of the diesel filling nozzle, and control the opening of the closure unit according to the determined diameter.</p> |
