PURPOSE: A shock absorbing reinforcement structure of guardrail for a road and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to absorb shock and prevent separation of a car from the road in case of vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing reinforcement structure(100) of guardrail for a road comprises a corrugated part(110), a pair of rail joint parts(120), and a reinforcement part(130). A concave part(111) and a convex part(112) are repeatedly formed by an incline(113) on the corrugation part. The pair of rail joint parts are formed at right angle in upper and lower both ends of the corrugation part. A bolt fastening hole(121) is punched on the center of the pair of rail joint parts. The reinforcement part is formed at right angle in both ends of the corrugation part.
