PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting stem cells is provided to minimize damage of adipose tissue and obtain fat-derived stem cell with high yield. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting stem cells comprises: a controller(100) which regulates rotation force and speed; a rotation part(200) having a device which receives rotation force from the controller and has a detachable insertion rack; and the insertion rack(300) having a container device for injection or container(400).
