PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating suspended solids using fine filter membranes is provided to wash the fine filter membranes more clearly by injecting back washing water to the whole surface of the fine filter membranes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating suspended solids using fine filter membranes includes a water treatment tank(10), a rotary drum, a plurality of filtering discs(30), a rotary drum support unit, a drum rotating driving unit, an inflow pipe(60), a plurality of back-washing injection pipes(70), a plurality of inner washing waste injection pipes, a washing water supplying unit, and a floating solid materials collecting box. The water treatment tank has a filtered water discharge tank(11) and a processed water discharge pipe(13).
