Method for cabling synthetic wires by twisting them together

The method involves continuously associating synthetic flat yarns (1, 2) and a synthetic textured yarn (3) by tensioning the flat and textured yarns on one another. Tensions of the flat and textured yarns are balanced during unwinding of flat yarn bobbins (5, 6) and a textured yarn bobbin (4) in a manner to extend the textured yarn by decreasing crimps of the textured yarn and to permit stable squeezing between the textured yarn and the flat yarns. Reeling tension of the textured yarn is controlled by a balk (7). An independent claim is also included for a twisting installation comprising a textured yarn bobbin.
