A compression and distraction apparatus for the external fixation comprises the elongated base with the slots and the openings in the walls fitting the transosteal rods and the screwed pins. The base represents a set of the angle elements arranged at a distance one from another and flexed through an arc. The angle elements are attached one to another with the screwed pins. The transosteal rods are capable of being fixed at an angle one relative to another.
