A synchronization controller (100) for a multi-sensor camera device (10) includes a detection circuit (102) and a control circuit (104). The detection circuit (102) detects asynchronization between image outputs generated from the multi-sensor camera device (10), wherein the image outputs correspond to different viewing angles. The control circuit controls (104) an operation of the multi- sensor camera device (10) in response to the asynchronization detected by the detection circuit (102). In addition, a synchronization method applied to a multi-sensor camera device (10) includes following steps: detecting asynchronization between image outputs generated from the multi-sensor camera device (10), wherein the image outputs correspond to different viewing angles; and controlling an operation of the multi-sensor camera device (10) in response to the detected asynchronization.
