PURPOSE: A methdo for circulating a gift certificatte used a s a real estate commision and a system thereof are provided to issue the real estate brokerage gift certificate smoothly purchase the real estate certificate. CONSTITUTION: A main server(11) performs an operation about a payment and a member store option discount. A consignment seller server(21) transmits the purchase on demand pertinent information of the buyer through the communication network to the main server. The referral seller server sells the real estate brokerage gift certificate from the real estate brokerage issuer of gift certificate. A recovery server retrieves the real estate brokerage gift certificate in which a buyer uses in the real estate transaction. |
