PURPOSE: A hook joining device is provided to steadily maintain the hook or the separation operation and reduce the noise by a flow by equipping a bent portion for approaching the deformation center of the rack hump close to the locking body and reducing the gap between the rack hump and the jaw. CONSTITUTION: The jaw(82) is equipped in the locking body(80). The fastening hook(52) is equipped in the housing(50) combined with the locking body. The rack hump(60) in which the fastening hook selectively sets up on the jaw is equipped. The fastening hook forms the radius of rotation of the rack hump by the elastic deformation. The bent portion(56) is equipped in the fastening hook. The bent portion places the deformation center of the rack hump on the extension line which is formed by the longitudinal direction of the fastening hook.
