The device (10) has a drilling carriage (50) guided along a mast (23) in a displaceable manner, and a drive unit provided with a hydraulic cylinder drive and a rope winch drive (30), and utilized for moving the carriage on the mast. The drilling carriage is connected alternately with the hydraulic cylinder drive and the rope winch drive through a coupling device. The mast includes a telescopic mast element (26) and a mast base element (24) that is coupled with the hydraulic cylinder drive. The drilling carriage includes a guide (54) for guidance along the mast base element. An independent claim is also included for a deep-hole drilling method. |
