摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte membrane-catalyst layer assembly with a gasket capable of preventing certainly gas leak and an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly with a gasket using the same, and a solid polymer fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly with a gasket includes a solid polymer electrolyte membrane 2, a catalyst layer 3 formed on both faces of the electrolyte membrane 2, and a frame shape gasket 4 which is installed on the outer periphery part 31 of each catalyst layer 3, and has an aperture 41 in the center.
