A cylinder head and a cylinder head gasket mounted on the same are provided to minimize lift-up generation when cooling water is flowed in from the cooling water pump through the coolant inlet. A cylinder head(101) comprises a reinforcing boss(RB) formed in the valve boss unit(VB) outer end, a bridge(100) formed in the water-cooled inlet part(P), a bolt boss unit(200) in which the head bolt is mounted, a bead portion formed according to the outside corresponding to the gasket bearing surface, and a bridge sealing unit which is formed in order to correspond to the bridge with the cooling water pipe through hole.
