THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CELLULAR PHONE KEY-PAD WITH IMPROVED DETACHMENT

A method for manufacturing a key pad for a mobile phone is provided to prevent the foreign material in the mold by forming a molding layer when separating the base film. A mold(100) is manufactured according to a shape of a keypad. A coating solution of the molding layer is stirred at the speed of 30 to 50 rpm. The coating solution of the molding layer is dispensed on the upper part of the mold with the thickness of 10 to 100 um. A base film(300) is laminated in the upper part of the mold. The ultraviolet ray(400) having a wavelength of 350 to 450 nm is irradiated on the upper part of the base film to cure the coating solution of the molding layer. The base film is separated from the mold.
