A liquid crystal electrostatic lens and a 3D(Dimensional) display device applying the same are provided to perform switching between a convex lens and a concave lens by changing an optical path difference implemented according to an electric field application mode. A liquid crystal layer(330) is filled between a first substrate(310) and a second substrate(320). A first voltage source makes the liquid crystal layer implement a convex lens typed optical path difference for each lens area by applying different voltage to each first electrode of each lens area. A second voltage source makes the liquid crystal layer implement a concave lens typed optical path difference. A selector selects the first or second voltage source.
