摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent material that produces a different emission from rare earth elements and is efficient in shifting the emission peak. <P>SOLUTION: The luminescent material for ultraviolet or visible light excitation contains a cupric silicate compound activated by at least one of Eu, Dy, Ce, Mn and Gd.
